What is POUND? Maybe you've found this blog and have no idea what POUND is. It's a class I qualified to teach in over 4 years ago now, and I haven't looked back. I'll let their website definition doing the explaining...

So, why do I love it? Apart from feeling like an absolute BADASS during the workout (I've never really been able to feel like that anywhere before) it does the following...
+ Each 2-4 minute song is carefully calibrated with interval peaks and extended fat burning sequences, providing you with the best workout in the shortest span of time.
